Productive Kneader

*Both mixing shafts are designed with differential speed(s[eed ratio 5:4),which greatly upgrades shear force and mixing uniformity of master batch.

*The mixing shafts are one-piece manufactured from high quality stainless steel (SS410) without breakage problem.

*The inside surfaces of the mixing tank that contact with material and blade faces are manufactured from stainless steel (SS-304)for outstanding acid/alkaline resistance and corrosion resistance.

*Kneading status is controlled by current combined with alarm to inform operator.

*When applying for kneading rubber material, the entire machine is water cooled.

*Mixing shafts are availale to equip with water cooling device(optional).

*Movable control box increases convenience of operation.

*The tank cover opening is operated by hydraulic cylinder, providing convenient material laading and unloading.
