VERTICAL TYPE AUTOMATIC CIRCUMFERENCE WELDING MACHINE

This machine is specially designed to weld the cylinder, hot-water heater, drum, and square container. Welded seam is flat and straight. Good weld penetration and weld quality.




Up /down location of the welding gun: By up/down travel of the cylinder.
Tailstock center: It works with cylinder to cause uniform pressure and easy operation. It can be adjusted frontward or backward based on the length of the work-piece.
Welding Turntable: Driving by DC motor (DC 90V/65W), speed is adjustable.
The position/angle adjustment of the welding gun, weld angle = 0 ~ 360
Welding gun seat adjustment: It can be adjusted up/down, Left/right and as per angle requirement
Welding system: MIG/TIG, depended on the working materials.
