Instructions
1.Put appropriate amount of tooth paste on the tooth brush, and put it into your mouth for chewing 30 times.

3.Wash proximal area with flush device.
4.Clean the appliances thoroughly with water after each use. If needed, sterilize by boiling water or steam.
